The Company provides educational services, including live workshops, digital resources, and business strategy guidance.

This includes access to the Get Control of Your Finances Workshop, and, if purchased, the Workshop Replay + Profit Clarity Playbook.

The workshop may be offered at no cost. Optional paid products, including the replay and playbook, require payment in full at the time of purchase.

If you purchase the replay and playbook, you will receive access to the Profit Clarity Playbook prior to the live workshop.

Access to the workshop replay will be provided after the live session and will be available for 7 days.

The Profit Clarity Playbook is provided for personal use and may be downloaded for ongoing reference.

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All materials provided, including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, republish, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

The Company provides educational information and guidance.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, business outcomes, or level of success.

Your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and circumstances.

The Company is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results based on the use of our content or services.

By participating, you agree that you are fully responsible for your own outcomes.

We are not responsible for issues related to internet access, platform outages, or technical difficulties beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
