About the Founder
Hi, I'm Danielle
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Founder and CEO of Pearl Business Consulting, Danielle Brooks serves as a Virtual CFO to small business owners and she is passionate about improving operations and increasing finances. She provides cutting edge financial strategies, accounting solutions and shows her clients they don’t have to do it all to succeed. Ultimately, Danielle values an environment that supports balance between work and life, not only for herself, but for everyone that she encounters. Her goal is to spread the word that there is freedom in finances.

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping your business reach its financial goals. When you hire Pearl Business Consulting, you gain a team of 3 subject matter experts with a combined 35+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Strategy and Consulting.
Kristen Baldwin
Kristen acts as the Operations Manager. She has six years of experience in Project Management and as an Executive Assistant. Kristen has her Bachelor’s degree in Business. She manages the company operations, communication and projects to ensure our goals are met.
Nicole Temple
Nicole is an Accountant with over 15 years of corporate accounting experience and overseeing expenditures in excess of $1 billion. She is a CPA with a Masters in Professional Accountancy. She supports the accounting, budgeting and cash flow forecasting and strategic financial analysis.
